Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during transit,or
The product is defective or not functioning at the time of delivery.
Return Request Timeline
Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or defect.
Requests submitted after 24 hours or without valid evidence will not be approved.
Return Shipping Fee
If a return is approved, a return shipping charge of ₹165 will be applicable.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Change of mind after delivery
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
The refund will be made using the original payment method or as per applicable store policy.

We encourage customers to place orders only after reviewing product details carefully. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and service quality for all customers.

1. UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY
Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video before opening the package. The video must start before the package is opened and continue without any cuts or interruptions until all contents are fully unpacked and clearly shown.
No complaints regarding missing items, damaged products, incorrect products, or any other order-related issues will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been confirmed, LIVAMIND will not accept any cancellation requests.
Customers are advised to carefully review the product details, quantity, delivery address, and all order information before placing an order. No cancellation, modification, or refund requests will be accepted after order confirmation.These policies are effective for all orders placed with LIVAMIND.
